Students, universities and companies are the three realities that BEST intends to involve: the
events we organize are meant not only to add value to the students who participate, but also
to the universities and companies that support us.
Politecnico di Torino sustains us because
it believes in the complementary education that our events are capable of offering.
The companies that decide to support our events are involved in the academic part and can
provide workshops, case studies, speeches or company visits.
The networking moments at
the end of every event allow the company representatives and the students to share opinions
and ideas in an informal context to better understand their respective needs.

Travel with best
“A journey is best measured in friends rather than miles”.
I’ve peeled dry fish in a Russian sauna, I’ve been in a limousine party in Moscow.
I’ve won a beach-volley tournament in Denmark, I’ve explored Klitmøller on a longboard.
I’ve learned how to surf in Figueira da Voz and I’ve danced at the Santoinho festival.
I’ve met people coming from all over Europe, and every single journey left me with
incredible friends, crazy stories to tell, and a strong desire to travel more.
Travel with BEST is easy and you don’t have to worry about anything.
In our courses you’ll meet around 20 people from all over Europe and the local organisers will make you discover the city with new eyes. You’ll try the typical foods and visit the most important places. You’ll also have some hours of lectures in their universities, with professors or company representatives, and in the end you may have to realise a project with your group. But don’t worry about your competences: the courses are very basics and the most important thing is to learn how to work with your team and learn something more about the topic, the city and the culture of the country.
You already have friends everywhere, you just haven’t met them yet.

How to improve your soft skills!
Soft skills are very important nowadays but you can’t learn them by simply reading a book.
You have to make your hands dirty and work on the field. Through our projects we give you the
opportunity to challenge yourself, learn how to work in a team or how to lead a team, how to
create and develop an event in all of its aspects: communication, logistic, corporate relations and fund raising.
You will start with little tasks and, with a little bit of time and effort, learn what you are good at and what you like.
